Throughout high school I was always known as the “little one.” I weighed less than 100 pounds and the only workout I ever got was dancing. Since I was already so tiny and thin, I didn't feel a need to explore the gym. When I graduated high school and went to college I was introduced to beer, fast food, and sleepless nights.
